Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
- Registering trainees in training courses and entering their data into the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation portal to issue certificates.
- Sending a registration confirmation message to the trainee's personal number.

All payments and financial information are stored with complete confidentiality and privacy. Privacy and usage terms are continuously updated to ensure optimal site performance and the best service to all users.
Complaints Mechanism
This mechanism facilitates the submission of complaints by beneficiaries regarding actions or decisions they believe were not properly or fairly executed by management.
- Any person may submit a complaint within the centre's scope of work.
- Complaints must be submitted within ten days of the incident. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Relevant documents, emails, and all related evidence must be attached to the complaint.
- If accepted, a clear timeline for resolution is established and the complainant is notified of the expected response date.
- If rejected, the beneficiary is notified with the reasons.
- If the complainant remains unsatisfied, a confirmatory complaint may be escalated to: info@dee-hub.com — response within 48 hours.
- All complaints are handled confidentially. Processing time: 48 hours.
Complaint handling varies depending on the type and complexity of the complaint, the procedures followed, the initial assessment, and the facts revealed during evaluation or investigation. The relevant individuals make the final decision; recommendations are documented, a report is written, and the complainant is notified.
