We provide continuous technical assistance and support to trainers and trainees throughout the duration of the training programme to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of the training process.
Academic Support and Assistance
Technical and educational assistance is provided to trainers and trainees during live (synchronous) programme delivery. The academy is committed to providing a room manager responsible for organisation, support, and problem resolution. Trainers assist trainees with subject matter questions, while the room manager handles technical aspects to maximise the benefit from each training session. The academy requires the room manager to provide trainees with the necessary conditions for registration, preparation, and data completion required for certificate issuance.
Technical Support Channels
Technical communication mechanisms have been set up to allow contact with the technical support team for guidance and solutions around the clock.
