Avalon University School of Medicine (AUSOM) is a private medical school located in Willemstad, Curaçao, in the Caribbean. Administrative offices for the university are in Youngstown, Ohio. AUSOM’s faculty consists of professors who are qualified doctors with great experience and knowledge of the basic sciences and medical practice, which makes them an integral part of the success of AUSOM graduates.” Our goal is to make sure that all students obtain a sufficient level of medical knowledge to understand the basic facts, concepts and principles essential to successful medical practice.” Students’ lives would be full of pleasuring time because of the Island location and the beautiful beaches surrounding it. However, Curacao is not world famous for its beaches, which might be due to the fact that most are hidden along the sheltered and calm southwestern coast, where the water is crystal clear full of beautiful colored fish. Besides rich history which comes alive in the stunning architecture that is seen across the island.
