Okan University is a private university established in 1999 and located in Istanbul, Turkey. The university has 8 academic faculties (Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Education, Law, Engineering and Architecture, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences). Therefore, Okan’s has entered the top 7 among the foundation institutions. Okan’s was proud of opening the Dental School Training and Practice Hospital on the 15th anniversary of its foundation. In 2015 the Faculty of Dentistry gained momentum for health education with its reputable academic staff and state of the art technology. In addition to Okan University, the Dean of Education aims to open up new horizons to its students with its innovative and sustainable vision, which was founded with the aim of bringing those who want to make an academic career as well as professional development to higher education opportunities. Okan's students’ lives are full of activities from the educational buildings to the library, and between the students' dormitories, to the Social Life Center, also the cinema to the indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, an attraction is created so that the students can have it all.
