The University college of Enterprise and administration
Lublin - Poland
The University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA) was founded in 1998 as a private higher education institution and introduced its first academic program, “Company Management,” with an initial intake of 415 first-year students. By the following academic year, 1999/2000, the institution had grown significantly, enrolling more than 1,400 students. The mission of the University College is to educate students to think creatively, support their professional development, and assist them in identifying their own paths within an increasingly globalized world. WSPA fosters students’ international and intercultural competencies by cultivating an international academic environment and by promoting international mobility opportunities for both students and faculty members. The University College maintains close cooperation with a wide range of European and non-European universities and colleges, as well as associations, companies, and labor market institutions. Since 2007, WSPA has been awarded twenty grants funded by the European Union Structural Funds, totaling nearly €8 million, in addition to €200,000 received from the Scholarship and Training Fund.
