Tunku Abdul Rahman University (UTAR), established in 2002, is one of the most prestigious non-profit, comprehensive, private universities in Malaysia. Malaysia is known for being a multiracial, multicultural, and multilingual society; and therefore, it welcomes international students from all countries and nationalities with opened arms. Academically, UTAR offers a wide range of graduate and undergraduate degree programs within its nine faculties, three institutes, three centers and 28 research centers distributed among its 2 campuses; Sungai Long Campus and Kampar Campus. In addition, it also offers a great deal of facilities and services including; IT facilities, labs, libraries, sport fac ilities, galleries, lecture rooms, health & safety services, transportation services, accommodation and more. Beyond educational matters, students at UTAR can fulfill their other interests and passions through several clubs, societies and activities.
