American Collegiate in Washington, DC is an undergraduate transfer pathway programme hosted in Washington, D.C., United States, offered in collaboration with American University, a respected U.S. institution located in the nation’s capital. The programme provides international students with a 2–3 semester academic foundation that allows them to earn university-level credits which can be transferred to other highly-ranked U.S. universities according to their academic goals. It focuses on developing students’ academic skills, English language ability, and cultural adaptation to the U.S. higher education system, while also offering personalised advising and support in selecting the best transfer destination and major. Being based in Washington, DC — a global city with rich cultural, political, and academic environments — gives students an immersive experience combining rigorous education with diverse global exposure.
