The University of Limerick (UL), founded in 1972 as the National Institute for Higher Education and classified as a university in 1989, is a public university in Limerick, Ireland. It offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degree programs in varied fields of study among its 4 main faculties regarding Business, Engineering, Science, Education, Arts and Humanities. In addition, research plays an important role in the university’s structure as well within its research centers and institutes. Furthermore, UL has a great deal of facilities and services including; accommodation, cafes & restaurants, libraries, lecture halls & theaters, cultural & sporting facilities and more. Moreover, UL has over 70 student-run clubs and societies for students to get engaged in and enjoy.
