Attendance & Learning Policy
The attendance policy aims to clarify the regulatory procedures for synchronous e-attendance, which refers to virtual attendance in virtual classrooms. These policies and procedures have been developed to ensure the trainee's actual participation in courses.
- Electronic participation through virtual sessions is equivalent to regular in-person attendance.
- For programmes lasting more than one month delivered asynchronously, synchronous virtual classroom hours are guaranteed at a minimum of 25% of the programme/course hours.
- For blended learning programmes (virtual or in-person) lasting more than one month, direct attendance hours through synchronous virtual sessions must account for at least 25% of programme hours.
- Every individual is committed to participation in accordance with the training programme plan.
- Trainees must complete no less than 80% of the scheduled hours for the programme they are enrolled in.
This attendance policy applies to all registered trainees. We are committed to ensuring its implementation. Any violation will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the centre's established procedures.
