International Business School Budapest (IBS) is a private higher education institution located in Budapest, Hungary, that was founded in 1991 as the first private business college in Central Europe and has since developed into a modern, international business school attracting students from around the world. The school offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in English, including degrees in business, management, economics, international business, psychology and other related fields, often delivered in partnership with UK institutions such as The University of Buckingham, allowing students to earn British and European-accredited qualifications. IBS is accredited by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee and the British Accreditation Council (BAC), and many of its programs hold quality seal accreditation from international bodies such as FIBAA, reflecting its commitment to global educational standards and practical, career-oriented learning. With a multicultural student body drawn from over 80–100 countries and a campus situated in a dynamic business environment in Budapest’s Graphisoft Park, the university emphasizes international perspectives, intercultural skills, practical experience and employability in preparation for careers in the global marketplace.
