It offers a broad spectrum of degree programs in English, German, and Hungarian across more than 80 fields such as medicine, law, business and economics, engineering, natural sciences, humanities and social sciences, and the arts, and awards Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees that are recognized internationally. The university is known for its strong research activities, active participation in mobility and internationalization programs such as Erasmus+, and its multicultural academic community, while its multi‑campus location in Pécs, a historic, culturally rich city in southern Hungary named European Capital of Culture in 2010, provides a vibrant student life and diverse cultural opportunities.
