Supervisory Staff
We are committed to continuous oversight of the educational and training process and to maintaining e-learning quality standards. Our supervisory team is available around the clock, seven days a week.
Supervisory Team Mission: To provide consultations and technical solutions that facilitate the delivery of training courses, communication between trainers and beneficiaries, and quality assurance for e-learning.
Communication Policy with the Course Trainer
- Users must follow the trainer's explanations during sessions. Any queries should be sent via the message inbox, and the trainer will respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
- Users must not contact the trainer outside the platform regarding the training course. Violation of this clause results in automatic cancellation of enrolment without compensation.
- Users must limit their questions to topics within the scope of the training course.
Supervisory Team Roles

| 2 | Technical Support Officer | Follow up and resolve beneficiary issues, coordinate with trainers and trainees, and provide appropriate support to all parties. |
| 3 | General Coordinator | Develop the workflow strategy for trainers and training courses. |
| 4 | Training Consultant | Develop training plans, programmes, and their components, and advance the workflow strategy for trainers and courses. |
| 5 | Quality Control Officer | Manage quality assurance and monitoring of programme execution, and implement procedures to prevent quality issues during training. |
| 6 | Reports Officer | Produce training impact measurement reports, trainer and trainee satisfaction reports with overall results, and submit recommendations. |
